Polyurethane Tooling Board (Light Density)
Light Density, also referred to as Modeling or Styling board, Polyurethane foam board is available in various densities from 4 to 30 lbs. The 20 lb density has been approved by Ford Motor Company and other automotive & aircraft companies for making patterns and models. Polyurethane foam produces patterns that are light and easier to mock-up. It is possible to take duplicates from patterns with damaging the original.
