Reinforcement

Some of our Standard and USDA materials are manufactured with high strength nylon cords embedded longitudinally and spaced 2" apart. This extra strength and stability is ideal for certain applications.

Safety

In addition to the "see-thru" quality of our transparent material, all of our P.V.C. strip and sheet products are manufactured of flame resistant compounds and extruded with rounded edges.

Cleaning

To clean P.V.C. use soapy water and rinse. For deep cleaning, apply a mixture of 95% water and 5% ethanol with a soft cloth or sponge and wash thoroughly to minimize plasticizer.

Standard

Standard flexible transparent P.V.C. comes in widths ranging from 4" to 54". We stock flat, ribbed and reinforced strips that contain a U.V. stabilizer and a flame retardant additive. Thicknesses of .080" and greater have passed the UL94 V-O Flame Rating Test.

Low Temperature

This material provides most of the benefits of Standard P.V.C. but maintains flexibility as low as -40o. It is designed for both interior and exterior applications. Special plasticizers are added to reduce fading and yellowing due to U.V. light.

USDA

USDA material is made of compounds that meet federal requirements for incidental contact with meat, poultry and diary products. This product is recommended for indoor applications only, in temperatures ranging from -30oF to 150oF. Extra Low Temp. is available for applications to -75oF.

Double Off-Set Ribbed

Ribbed material is available in both Standard and USDA grades. The triangular rib is .25" wide and .10" high, with rounded edges. Both surfaces have ribs spaced 2" apart and are off-set by 1/2". Since the ribs reduce surface contact, static build-up is minimized.

Wing Doors

These designs combine standard strip doors with swinging doors. A pull cord locking pin allows the door to swing open for free passage. Doors up to 10' wide and 10' wide can be wall-mounted with an opening radius of 180o or jamb mounted with an opening radius of 90o in each direction. These doors are made with heavy-duty, zinc-plated, steel components.

Curtains

Curtains and partitions are made to your specifications. They are available in 16 mil transparent and 18 oz. nylon reinforced material. All curtains included a 2" wide heat sealed hem around the perimeter and grommets every 12" across the top. Other options such as a chain weighted hem velcro closures are also available. 18 oz. opaque available colors: yellow, orange, green, blue, red, brown, beige, purple, white and black.

Transparent Weld Screens

Transparent Free Standing Weld Screens are custom made to your specifications. They are securely hemmed on all four sides by an electronic welding process. Grommets are placed at 12" centers, eliminate ripping and tearing. Frames consist of 7/8" galvanized square tubing. Heavy-duty square tube legs eliminate excess sway and wobble. 16 oz. transparent available colors: yellow, orange, green, blue and gray. Also available in clear.

Opaque Weld Screens

Opaque Weld Screens are the alternative to transparent weld screens where increased durability, strength and tear resistance is required. This 18 oz. nylon reinforced vinyl material resists oil, water and most acids. The frames are manufactured from 7/8" square galvanized tubing. 18 oz. opaque available colors: yellow, orange, green, blue, red, brown, and black.
