TUFFAK®
Tuffak polycarbonate sheet is designed for applications requiring high-impact (virtually unbreakable) resistance. It is designed for both vertical and overhead applications. It is available in a range of grades, patterns, sizes, and colors. The Tuffak family includes Tuffak A, S, SP61, CM2, W, T, and XL polycarbonate sheet formulations.

Tuffak® A |
General purpose polycarbonate sheet. This product is an outstanding choice for window glazing in highly vandalized areas and other places requiring high-impact (virtually unbreakable) resistance. UV stabilized and thermoformable, it is available in a range of standard sizes in colorless transparent sheet and in solar tints for heat and glare control. |

Tuffak® S |
Sign grade polycarbonate sheet. This high-impact-resistant material provides a medium for customer-attracting graphics while withstanding punishment from both vandals and the elements. It is supplied in colorless, colors and white, in standard-size sheet and reel stock. Tuffak® S sheet is also available with an SP-61 matte finish. |

Tuffak® CM-2 |
Abrasion-resistant coated polycarbonate sheet. This product is designed for glazing applications requiring a combination of abrasion and high-impact resistance, such as transit glazing or school windows. The sheet is abrasion coated on both sides and comes in a wide range of standard sizes. |

Tuffak® XL |
Weatherable polycarbonate sheet. This material has a "built in" UV barrier and is 100% polycarbonate. Designed specifically for sign applications, it is useful in any glazing application where weathering is of concern. This material carries a ten (10) year warranty against yellowing and loss of light transmission. |

Tuffak® T |
Food grade polycarbonate sheet. This product, in clear only, complies with FDA food additive regulation 21 CFR 177.1580 (polycarbonate resin) for use in contact with all types of food. |

Tuffak® V |
Designed for use in critical flammability applications were a UL94 rating for a verticle burn is required. Tuffak® V ranges from a UL94 V-0 for .236 clear to UL94 V-2 for .060 clear and colors. Tuffak® V material also carries a higher RTI (Relative Thermal index) rating than our standard Tuffak® material. This value is critical in certain lighting applications. |

Tuffak® W |
Aircraft quality polycarbonate sheet. This material is designed for use in critical optical applications, such as airplane canopies. |
