Alro Steel Acquires Art Iron's Service Center Assets

Jackson, MI - Alro Steel Corporation of Jackson, Michigan, is pleased to announce the acquisition of certain assets of Art Iron, Inc.’s three metals service center facilities. The facilities are located in Toledo, Ohio, Columbus, Ohio, and Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Art Iron, Inc. will remain in the fabrication business for the construction industry with locations in Toledo, Ohio, Butler, Indiana, and Elkhart, Indiana.

Specializing in metal products, Art Iron has been a leading distributor in the Midwest for many years. The addition of Alro’s broad product range and extensive processing capabilities will provide tremendous benefits to Art Iron’s customers.
