Plastic Processing

Alro Plastics offers customers a wide range of plastic processing and fabrication options on top of full lengths and sheets. Same day cutting and shipping on our rounds and sheet products from stock on our CNC panel saws and large capacity band saws. For the thicker materials as well as the foam and rubber products the 5-axis waterjet can cut material up to 10”thick. Save some time and labor and let Alro Plastics cut it to size for you.

Alro Plastics can also provide machined parts to print. Send your digital files over and the CNC overhead routers can machine it to your specific needs. These machines can handle full sheets on their large tables and machine plastics up to 4” thick. There is also secondary operations like plastic welding, bending, gluing, drilling, tapping and milling that Alro Plastics can provide. Please inquire with your Alro sales representative today.


Alro Plastics machines most of the plastics we stock and have many years experience working with these plastics. From 1/16”thk to 6”thk, our CNC routers make machining these parts easy.	Over the years we have provided our customers with high quality parts delivered on-time. We take pride in keeping lead times short and quality high, and we are also ISO certified.	We also have the capabilities to do heat bending and forming on many of the see-through plastics, like acrylics, polycarbonate and PETG. Heating them to the right temperature is critical to success.
