Tube Laser

With our tube laser capabilities, Alro Steel can dramatically reduce your assembly time. Using the tube laser’s high quality cuts and part repeatability, cycle times can be drastically reduced and some processes eliminated.

Our tube lasers are capable of producing long and short laser cut parts from carbon to stainless steel. Your parts can be produced from any structural shape including angle iron and beams.

Laser cutting slots and tabs eliminate the need for clumsy clamping. Notches can be cut to the desired angle for precision forming. Laser cuts are smooth, practically eliminating the need for grinding and deburring. After laser cutting with Alro’s one step laser technology most parts are ready for assembly. Holes are cut to the desired diameter eliminating the need for drilling or punching with tapping also available.

Our robust CAD capabilities are equipped to handle .par (SolidEdge® files), .dxf and .dwg (Autocad® files), 3d .iges, .sldprt (Solidworks® part files) and .ipt (Inventor® file) file extensions: In addition we can convert UG files, ProE, Step, and many more via SolidEdge.
