Press Release – November 11, 2016, Alro Industrial Supply acquires Triad Industrial Sales Assets We are pleased to announce the acquisition of certain assets of Triad Industrial Sales located in Kernersville, North Carolina by Alro Industrial Supply of Jackson, Michigan. Triad began in 1991 as a cutting tool distributor by Howard and Darlene Chipman. Darlene currently runs the business and will remain with Alro through the transition period. As is true with all fine companies, the experienced and committed people that are part of Triad have helped build the company over the years. We are delighted that the Triad culture of great customer service matches that of Alro and you can count on us to carry on that tradition. This transaction will provide significant benefit to Triad’s customers both in our broad product range and our proprietary SmartCell Tool Management Solution. Alro is excited to have a footprint from which to grow in a new market that is expanding.
