TURCITE^®

The demand for high quality, internally lubricated materials for aggressive wear and friction applications has led to the development of Turcite. Turcite materials provide the design engineer with material choices based upon load speed, wear resistance, and friction, which optimally satisfy functional requirements for numerous dynamic load applications. Additionally, low water absorption retains the parts integrity for the life of the product. Turcite is available in rod and tube grades.

Turcite TA (Turquoise color)

Developed for general purpose load and speed applications. Turcite TA exhibits an excellent surface finish when machined. Exceptional service life and superior chemical resistance are typical of Turcite TA.

Turcite TX (Red Color)

Optimally engineered to handle moderate load, high speed applications. Turcite TX exhibits the same excellent surface finish as Tucite TA when machined. Long service life and exceptionally low coefficient of friction and high PV are characteristic of Turcite TX.
