CNC Routing
As most already know, Alro Plastics is a stocking distributor of a wide range of plastics, and we can cut and ship the same day as ordered in most cases. But did you know that we also offer CNC Routing services to our customers as well?
We have multiple CNC Routers on site that give us the ability to machine plastics per a customer supplied print. We have over 15 years of experience machining plastics and we are also ISO 9001: 2008 certified. Save yourself some time and money and let Alro do the machining for you. Simply submit a print or drawing to us and we will machine it to your most demanding specifications. Milling, drilling, contouring, bevels, chamfers, etc... you name and chances are Alro Plastics can do it, just give us a try!
The twin table CNC Router is called that due to its twin heads. The twin heads allow us the ability to machine complex parts and the option to run two parts at the same time, saving time and money.
Each of the twin heads has an automatic tool changer, each tool changer can hold up to 8 tools each. With 16 tools to choose from, we can easily machine complex parts with minimal set-up time.
