Precision Board Plus High Density Urethane is a “closed cell” rigid polyurethane product. It is available in a wide range of standard sheet sizes and standard densities
and can be cut or bonded into a variety of shapes for final machining and shaping. Precision Board Plus is made from 23.9% rapidly renewable
resources, with a carbon footprint of 3:1, so you can be confident that one of the most dimensionally stable substrates for a variety of tooling
applications is also an environmentally friendly one.
Precision Board Plus is available in two grades, PBLT (Low Temperature) and PBHT (High Temperature). PBLT is designed for applications that are 200oF and below while PBHT
is designed for applications 200oF and above.
