Alro Steel Acquires St. Petersburg Steel Corporation

Jackson, MI – Alro Steel Corporation is pleased to announce the acquisition of certain assets of St. Petersburg Steel Corporation in Clearwater, Florida. The company name will be St. Petersburg Steel Alro.

Specializing in tool steel products, St. Petersburg Steel has been a leading distributor in the Florida market for many years. The addition of Alro’s broad product range and extensive processing capabilities will provide tremendous benefits to St. Petersburg Steel customers.

The Alro and St. Petersburg Steel product offerings will be combined to provide an expanded range of the following products:
