Alro Steel is proud to be ranked first among companies headquartered in Michigan on the Forbes America's Best Employers by State 2025 list. Forbes ranking of America’s Best Employers is based on a Statista survey of more than 160,000 employees who work for a company of at least 500 people within the United States.
Survey respondents were asked how likely they were to recommend their employer and evaluate their workplace, including wages, work culture, and paths to professional advancement. Over 1,400 companies are included in at least one state with a combined 2,500 company rankings. A total of forty-five Michigan-based companies made the Forbes list.
